Roles & Responsibilities   Provide compassionate direct nursing care to assigned patients, focused on safety and positive outcomes
Perform timely assessments, document findings clearly, and communicate changes to the care team
Administer medications and treatments according to policy while following best-practice safety checks
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and families to support recovery, discharge planning, and self-care
Participate in unit-based quality improvement and contribute ideas to enhance patient experience
Qualifications   Active Registered Nurse (RN) classification (Class: RN) — required
Eligible to work locally (this posting is LOCAL ONLY)
Professional communication skills and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
Education   Education not specified in the posting; RN licensure/classification is required
Knowledge & Skills   Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Comfortable with medication administration and basic clinical procedures
