Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Serve as essential member of patient care team responsible for delivery of direct and indirect patient care

• Assess patients upon admission and throughout their stay

• Administer IV medications, therapy, and blood products as needed

• Provide comprehensive patient education

• Document nursing care actions, teaching, observations, and patient responses

• Work in full spectrum emergency care environment with separate Chest Pain Center

• 1+ year of previous nursing experience required

• At least 1 year of critical care nursing experience required

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

• Must reside outside of 50-mile radius from facility

• Up to 16 hours of unpaid orientation required

• Must not be previous employee of this healthcare organization

• Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered

• Facility reserves right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract
