Job DescriptionThe Processing Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the Processing Department. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of bulk inbound and outbound shipments, managing blending and filtering activities, and maintaining the highest quality standards for products prepared for bottling. The Processing Manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with TTB‑approved formulas and MBBM working formulas while driving operational excellence in a fast‑paced production environment.

What You’ll Do- Lead and manage all processing operations, including bulk shipments, blending, and filtering
- Ensure compliance with TTB‑approved formulas and internal working formulas
- Oversee and develop a team of processing employees, providing direction, training, and performance feedback
- Collaborate with quality, bottling, and logistics teams to meet production goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or production environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hands‑on experience with processing and batching operations
- Prior supervisory or people‑management experience
- Experience in the alcohol beverage industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
- ISO and/or HACCP implementation or management experience
