We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our established Family Medicine practice and make a lasting impact on the health of our community.

4-day workweek with 32 patient-contact hours
16–18 patients per day
No evenings, weekends, or call
Flexible scheduling with remote options for administrative work
Established Family Medicine practice

Graduation from a state-certified advanced practice program
Unrestricted APRN or PA license
Unrestricted DEA registration
State-issued Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
Registration with the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)
