Job Summary:
Manages a caseload of patients with psychiatric diagnoses and their families as part of an interdisciplinary team; contributes to the overall program by facilitating individual, group, and family meetings; leads groups; makes managed care calls; and establishes patient/discharge planning.
Job Requirements- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or obtained before completion of orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred.
- Current Maine Social Worker/Clinician license required. LSX, LSW, LMSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC-c
