Salary Supplement Details- Tier 1: Levels 1-4 – Monthly Supplement Amount: $240
- Tier 2: Levels 5-6 – Monthly Supplement Amount: $360
- Tier 3: Levels 7-8 – Monthly Supplement Amount: $540
- Annual Performance Merit Bonus
- Annual Cost of Living Increase
- Generous Tuition Assistance

Our Agency provides a SAFE, ENGAGING, AND EMPOWERING place for children to learn and grow. While offering a results driven educational curriculum taught by degreed teachers; and supports the engagement of parents and caregivers in their child's learning through partnership, communication and a commitment to the parent as primary educator.

Permanent rotating subs are provided with robust professional development and training opportunities and work with a variety of children in different program options. It is the perfect way to help you determine where your niche is in the Early Childhood Education field.
We are currently recruiting for a full time Permanent Rotating Substitute position. This position is full year, fully benefited (health, dental, STD, life, retirement, PTO, Holiday), and guaranteed to work a minimum of 35 hours per week! Permanent Rotating Substitutes fill in for long term leaves, vacations, and open positions as needed. These positions play an integral role in our Agency as they ensure we continue to provide the highest quality programming even when regular classroom teachers are away.
SpecificResponsibilities in the Classroom
To assist the classroom teams in all areas by providing a comprehensive, quality, and developmentally appropriate programming for children and families while creating and maintaining a safe environment.
