Customer Relationship Associate

Overview

Assists customers with product information and placing orders, as well as providing support for company s sales and marketing efforts.

• Initiate customer contact and build sales/customer relationships through telemarketing calls as assigned.
• Answer customer questions about products and pricing by using catalogs/flyers and suggest value-add products or services.
• Maintain and update customer call results in your CRM/ERP software.
• Process order payment by credit card as necessary.
• Use company resources to efficiently communicate with customers.
• Attend seminars and/or training sessions to upgrade skills, as determined by manager(s).
• Enter names/email addresses in ERP for marketing.
• Fulfill customer requests for catalogs/information.
• Answer customer calls and resolve issues/problems, or forward to the correct authority. Determine remedies/solutions for complaints/issues as appropriate.
• Maintain a courteous and can-do attitude with internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as instructed by manager(s).
