Integrated Warehouse Supervisor

Sofidel America is currently seeking an Integrated Warehouse Supervisor to support warehouse operations at our Lewiston, . We are looking for a local candidate interested in a long-term opportunity within a stable and growing organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations.

• Partner with the Internal Logistics Process Manager to ensure warehouse procedures and processes are properly executed.
• Managing finished goods inventory in the warehouse.
• Verify that delivered finished goods are compliant with accompanying technical and shipping documentation.
• Supervise and enforce compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely shipment of finished goods and accurate receipt of purchase orders (POs).
• Utilize labor and equipment resources effectively to achieve material handling productivity targets.
• Maintain training records and cross-train team members to meet operational and safety requirements.
• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Train warehouse employees on powered industrial equipment, including forklifts.
• Implement corrective actions for shipping errors and ensure accuracy of outgoing customer orders.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Valid forklift certification required.
• Basic math skills with the ability to apply them in a warehouse setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work effectively and respectfully with team members.
• Ability to perform daily forklift inspections at the start of each shift.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and warehouse systems.
