Position summary and expectations focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing excellent service, quality food, and a clean restaurant environment in accordance with Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and standards, and 20/20 guest expectations.

• Provide guest service at one or more workstations, following Jack in the Box standards.
• Maintain neat, friendly, and attentive service as part of the Hospitality Model.
• Keep the restaurant clean and well‑staffed; assist team members as needed to meet guest needs.
• Ensure food quality, appearance, temperature, and presentation meet standards; support fast, consistent service and accuracy of orders.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling policies; follow all hand washing and glove procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure accuracy of orders and timely service.
• Represent the brand with pride and professionalism; uphold the caricatured Brand Ambassador focus during interactions with guests and team members.

Experience — Guest service or food cook/preparation experience is helpful; comfortable in a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities — Must be at least 16 years old. Clear English communication; basic math; ability to read and understand written English; ability to multitask and work effectively in a team; language skills may vary by location.

Physical Requirements — Ability to stand and walk for 90–95% of shift; lift and carry 15–25 lbs; operate a cash register and read video monitors.
