OR Registered Nurse | Lewiston, Idaho

An Operating Room Registered Nurse role is available in Lewiston, , for an 8-hour day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with one call day per week and one weekend per month. This position involves collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR personnel to ensure exceptional patient care in the operating room, adhering to state nursing standards, hospital policies, and physician orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate case scheduling and ensure availability of surgical supplies
• Communicate timely updates to families and surgical teams
• Update physician preference cards for efficient case preparation
• Provide both scrubbing and circulating support during surgical procedures
• Supervise personnel involved in patient care delivery in the OR

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Current Idaho RN or multi-state RN license (attachment required)
• ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (attachment required)
• Minimum of three years recent OR nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Experience with general surgery, DaVinci robotic procedures preferred, as well as orthopedic, robotic knee replacement, trauma, and neurological surgeries
