About the Position
Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Idaho

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule:
8-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday with call coverage one day per week and one weekend per month
Highlights:
Diverse surgical case mix including General surgery, Orthopedics, Trauma, and Neurosurgery
Exposure to advanced robotic surgical systems including DaVinci and robotic knee replacement technology
Predictable weekday schedule with limited call requirements
Collaborative work environment with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary OR teams
Opportunity to utilize critical thinking and leadership skills in case coordination and patient care
Hospital-based setting with comprehensive surgical services
Requirements:
Active Idaho RN license or valid multi-state compact RN license
Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
Minimum 3 years recent Operating Room RN experience in a hospital setting
Experience with General surgery, Orthopedics, Trauma, and Neurosurgery preferred
DaVinci robotic and robotic knee replacement experience highly preferred
Strong skills in both scrubbing and circulating surgical cases
