About the Position
Join Our Premier Orthopedic Surgery Team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver exceptional patient care, support surgical procedures, and enhance recovery outcomes. Required Skills:
Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Certification in Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant Accreditation
Proven experience in orthopedic or surgical patient care
Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Nice to Have
Skills:
Prior experience in orthopedic surgery or musculoskeletal care
Knowledge of orthopedic imaging and diagnostics
Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
Participation in relevant professional organizations or continuing education
Preferred
Education and Experience:
Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
At least 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics or surgical settings
Relevant certifications such as OCS (Orthopedic Certified Specialist) or OPA (Orthopedic Physician Assistant)
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for training or patient outreach (if applicable)
Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and ongoing professional development support provided as applicable
