Job Description for Registered Nurse (Acute Rehab Unit) at Lewiston,
Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Lewiston,
Job Type: Full - Time
Shift Time: Standard
Must-Haves:
1. Possess or eligible to obtain licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho.
2. Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
3. Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing.
Nice-To-Haves:
1. Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
2. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
3. Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN).
4. Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting.
HOURS: 12-hour shifts: either (7am - 7pm) or (7pm to 7am)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 w/ 2-year commitment.
Relocation Assistance: Amount is negotiable based on relocation distance & comes with a 2-year work requirement (paid out within 30-days of submission of receipts). If someone received both sign-on & relocation assistance, total commitment would be for 2 yrs.
