Overview

Medical center is seeking a full-time Surgical or Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner to join their established surgical team in northern Idaho.

  Monday - Friday 8-5

  36 patient care hours and 4 hours admin
• Call: weekend and daytime call rotation with collaborating provider
• Average number of patients seen per day: 15-20
• Department: 3 APPs
• Clinic days per week: 2-3 depending on OR schedule
• OR days per week: 2
• Clinic is on hospital campus
• Busy right away
• Clean, safe community with great schools
• At least one year of experience preferred

• In/Outpatient surgical support with emphasis on neurosurgery; may support ortho or general as needed
• Collaborate with supervising physician; participate in weekend and daytime call rotation
• Manage patient load typically 15-20 patients per day
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Clinic and OR scheduling aligned with OR calendar
• Community-based practice on hospital campus
