Job Description:
- 2-4 years of experience in network operations, IT support, or a related field.
- Monitors and supports network and systems infrastructure, ensuring stable and efficient operations within the NOC.
- Monitor network and system performance.
- Respond to and troubleshoot network issues.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; network certifications a plus.
Experience:
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and procedures.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues.
