The primary purpose of this role is to supervise the operational activities of the hotel's front desk and to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check‑in, check‑out and coordination of hotel services. This includes staffing the Front Desk/Guest Services appropriately by reviewing team member schedules and occupancy projections. The role also handles cash, makes change, balances an assigned house bank, and counts cash and other payment methods at the end of the shift to verify and balance the house bank.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
