Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physician Assistant located in Lewiston,  Physician Assistant will provide direct patient care, including conducting medical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and performing minor procedures. The role involves collaborating with physicians, ensuring patient education, and maintaining accurate medical records. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to patient needs, and maintain a compassionate approach to healthcare delivery.

Qualifications
  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and medical examination skills
  • Ability to conduct patient education, develop treatment plans, and make informed medical decisions
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documenting patient care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare team members
  • Strong teamwork, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
  • Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant in Idaho
  • Experience in a clinical or urgent care setting is a plus
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
