Licensed Practical Nurse at Innovative Renal Care

Our Licensed Practical Nurses are part of a multidisciplinary team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. This role focuses on building relationships and bonds with patients and their families.

As an LPN, you will:

• Assist in dialysis therapy under RN supervision.
• Develop relationships with patients and families.
• Follow safety, operating, and procedure manuals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Perform IV medication administration as required by state guidelines.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure.
• Additional IV medication class, if required by state guidelines.
• Meets all state/licensing requirements.
• ESRD experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedural manuals.
• Effective communication with clients and staff.

• $18 - $32 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
