Locale Social House (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a part-time Lifestyle & Community Coordinator to help activate the energy, programming, and day-to-day experience of Locale Social House.
This role is hands-on, people-focused, and execution-driven. If you love planning events, creating content, connecting with people, and taking initiative - we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do 1. Event Programming & Activation- Assist in planning and executing a year-round calendar of events at CBH Locale Social House
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align events with community goals
- Plan social gatherings, fitness classes, workshops, seasonal celebrations, and signature community experiences
- Coordinate event logistics including vendors, setup, registration, and post-event follow-up
- Track attendance and engagement metrics to continuously improve programming
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding clubhouse use and community activities
- Build strong relationships with homeowners to build a vibrant, connected community culture
- Coordinate + support homeowner-led clubs, interest groups, and private rentals
- Create a welcoming, high-energy environment that reflects the Locale and CBH brand
- Create event flyers, email announcements, and promotional materials
- Post content to community social platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
- Maintain event calendars and homeowner communication platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and messaging
- Maintain knowledge of upcoming phases, available homes, and future community developments
- Confidently speak about the Locale lifestyle when engaging residents or guests
- Support the sales team by engaging prospects during community events
- Oversee daily operations of Locale Social House
- Report maintenance needs promptly to ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with vendor coordination when needed
- Uphold community policies and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
- 1–3+ years experience in events, hospitality, community programming, marketing, or related fields
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Comfortable creating social media content and basic marketing materials
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for scheduled events
- Able to lift 25 lbs

- Part-time position (estimated 20 - 25 hours per week)
