The Role – KS3 Teacher

Seeking a KS3 Teacher to deliver a primary-style curriculum within a specialist alternative provision. You will teach a small cohort across core subjects, using a nurturing, structured approach to boost engagement, routine and confidence. The role involves planning differentiated lessons, supporting literacy and numeracy and working closely with pastoral and behaviour teams to address social, emotional and academic needs. You will help pupils rebuild learning habits, make measurable progress and transition successfully into further education or training.

The School – KS3 Teacher

A specialist pupil referral provision in South East London for learners aged 11–19. The provision offers small group teaching, pastoral support and vocational pathways to help pupils re-engage with learning, build confidence and secure meaningful post-16 destinations.
