We are working with a leading property services main contractor who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a 4-storey, occupied refurbishment scheme for PA Housing in Lewisham.

This is a key project due to start on site in two months, involving cladding remediation and external refurbishment works to a residential block with residents in occupation. The business is well-established, financially secure, and recognised for delivering high-quality regeneration and remediation schemes across London and the South East.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the scheme from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring:

* Safe delivery of cladding remediation and refurbishment works

* Effective management of works in an occupied environment

* Strong resident liaison and stakeholder communication

* Programme, cost and quality control

* Management of site teams and subcontractors

* Compliance with all relevant building safety and regulatory requirements

About You

Our client is looking for a confident and proactive Project Manager with:

* Proven experience delivering refurbishment projects in occupied residential buildings

* Previous cladding remediation experience (highly desirable)

* Alternatively, strong external envelope experience (facades, roofing, balconies etc.)

* Excellent stakeholder and resident management skills

* A track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget
