Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 | £29,300 | Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week, All Year Round

Our client, a modern and welcoming nursery with an Outstanding Ofsted rating, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level
3) to join their team on a full‑time, all‑year‑round basis. With bright, spacious rooms and a beautiful free‑flow garden, this nursery offers an inspiring environment for both children and staff to thrive.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. This is a hands‑on role where your enthusiasm and care will directly support children's development and wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
  • Previous experience working within an early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate creative, age‑appropriate activities.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and health & safety.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to observations, assessments, and accurate record keeping.
