The Role – EYFS HLTA

As an EYFS HLTA, you will be required to work in a EYFS class of 15 children. You will be required to support and meet the needs of students, ensuring they feel valued and happy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for EYFS pupils to further their learning. Meanwhile, you may be required to cover classes in the Teachers absence.

Ideally, you will have a HLTA Qualification and previous experience covering classes.
