We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Assistants to join our friendly and welcoming nurseries in and around Sydenham
. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about early years education and eager to support children’s learning and development in a nurturing environment.

You’ll work closely with the Nursery Nurse and the wider team to help create a safe, stimulating, and caring setting for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Assisting in planning and preparing fun and educational activities
• Supporting the care and supervision of children at all times
• Helping maintain a clean and safe environment, including tidying rooms and cleaning equipment
• Supervising mealtimes and assisting with bottle preparation and light laundry duties where needed
• Acting as a positive role model for children, students, and new staff
• Participating in parents’ evenings, trips, and outings
• Promoting equal opportunities for all children
• Working collaboratively with the whole nursery team

• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Experience in an early years setting is a bonus but not essential
• Team players with a positive, can-do attitude
• Reliable and ready to start immediately
