Dock Worker - 1st shift

Full-time Dock Worker

Full-time position responsible for moving, organizing, and preparing materials for shipping and receiving. Handle products by hand, stack boxes, label items, and load or unload trucks. Ensure materials are staged efficiently and safely to maintain smooth workflow throughout the warehouse.

• Pay: $15.00/hr
• Seasonal opportunity for up to 90 days; regular full‑time employment subject to performance and company needs.

• Safely move incoming and outgoing shipments to meet operational schedules.
• Arrange materials orderly and maintain proper inventory placement.
• Apply correct labels to maintain inventory accuracy and comply with shipping requirements.
• Prepare and position materials in designated areas based on work orders or production schedules.
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols.
• Maintain efficiency to meet daily output goals.
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep the work area safe and clean.
• Cross‑train on various warehouse functions and rotate through tasks as needed.
• Support the Production team in shared goals and initiatives.
• Have fun!
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and materials.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to read and understand job aids and instructional materials printed in English.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to move and manipulate products/materials weighing up to 50 pounds, involving frequent twisting, lifting, turning, and bending.
• Ability to continuously pull, push, and tug materials.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
