- Review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and medications; formulate accurate diagnoses
- Ask situation‑specific questions to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient satisfaction
- Engage with clinical leadership and management for quality improvement
- Accurately complete and forward patient charts on a daily basis
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as directed by the CMO and supervising physicians
- Interpret diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced autonomous environment
- Prioritize telehealth patient queue and ensure timely follow‑up
- Order, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings and E/M training
- Complete mandatory compliance training

- Recommend improvements to enhance patient experience
- Welcome and train new employees
- Support new employee training through shadowing, demonstration, and coaching

- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- PRN employees must work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; full‑time employees work 12‑hour shifts and alternate weekends
- New graduate: up to 1 year of experience (NP or PA)
- Level 2: 1–5 years experience
- Level 3: 5–10 years experience
- Level 4: 10+ years experience
- Additional responsibilities for ancillary providers include on‑call periodic duties
- Proven experience as a Telehealth Clinician
Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.
ExperienceAt least 1–2 years of provider experience in urgent care, occupational medical, ER, trauma unit, or family medical practice (preferred).
Current License or Certification- Active license and DEA
- DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days
- Provider must treat all ages and meet credentialing requirements
