Well Span is seeking a compassionate, board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our established outpatient practice in Lewisburg, PA a charming, historic town offering a vibrant community, excellent schools, and easy access to outdoor recreation.
What you can expect at your practice:
- Walk in to an already established patient panel
- Excellent staffing in the practice
- Brand new building on the hospital campus
- Call schedule is shared 1:12
- A fulltime, 4-day work week is optional
- Reason for opening: retirement
Our Commitment to You:
- Compensation model:
You are paid to build your patient panel, not by RVUs - $50,000 Signing Bonus
- $200,000 in Commencement and Retention Bonuses
- Full relocation
- Retirement savings plan with company match
- Malpractice coverage including tail
- $5,500/year for CME
