About the Position
Role Summary
The Registered Nurse provides direct and specialized nursing care to adult patients within our acute care/PCU unit. The RN will be responsible for continuous monitoring, medication administration, critical assessments, and comprehensive care coordination for patients requiring close observation, particularly those with complex cardiac conditions.

Requirements
Required Experience and Skills

Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Telemetry (TELE) setting.

Must have strong telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills.

Essential

Experience:

Must be highly proficient in managing and titrating  Cardiac Drips  (e.g., nitroglycerin, dopamine, dobutamine, Cardizem, amiodarone, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to care for high-acuity patients.

Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
