Position: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Cape ENT is searching for a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team! Named “best of” in 2023 for ENT and Audiology, you won’t find a better group of colleagues to work alongside and collaborate with. This position is 100% outpatient, no nights or weekends, offering a work-life balance.

Job duties will include:
  • Managing ENT and Allergy patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Treating Children and Adults for common ENT and Allergy conditions
  • Performing physical exams and minor procedures
  • Ordering surgeries through the physician
  • Ordering and Reviewing test results
  • Other duties as assigned by physician while ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and clinical policies and procedures.
Qualified candidates will have:
  • Board certification from the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
    -OR- current RN license and NP licensure with current certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)/American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC).
  • Current PA or NP licensure in Delaware or ability to obtain.
  • Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • 3+ years of clinical expierence strongly preferred
  • Strong computer knowledge of EHR systems
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor populations.
