PCU Telemetry Nurse - 12 Hour Nights Location

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 12-hour nights with weekend requirements every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Flexibility to float as needed.

The PCU Telemetry Nurse will provide patient care in a progressive care unit, managing patients with cardiac drips and telemetry monitoring. Nurses will be expected to assess patient acuity and adjust care accordingly, often working in high-acuity scenarios with a ratio of 1:4 to 1:6.

• Monitor and assess patients in a progressive care unit
• Administer medications and manage cardiac drips as needed
• Utilize telemetry for continuous patient monitoring
• Collaborate with medical team to optimize patient care
• Document patient data and care rendered in Cerner

• Minimum of 6 months Epic experience within the past year
• PCU and Telemetry experience required
• Cardiac drip experience is essential
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Must hold an active nursing license
