Location: Floating Manager will travel throughout Region 19 and Region 7.

General SummaryThe Floating Branch Manager is responsible for effective and profitable management of personnel, inventory, and customer service. Working with Regional Managers and sales representatives to establish and meet sales goals, in addition to hiring, developing and training personnel. Pre‑employment screening required.
Responsibilities- The Floating Manager will travel to cover vacation, sick and open positions.
- Identifying and generating customers.
- Distribution and sales.
- Inventory control.
- Employee motivation, training and development.
- Delivery scheduling.
- Travel within region and overnight travel will be required.
- Hands on management experience desired.
- Strong communication skills a must.
- Complete knowledge of heating and cooling systems.
- Knowledge of accounting including, but not limited to, general ledgers, profit/loss statements, and gross profit.
- Ability to perform mathematical computations, including but not limited to basic math, Manual J, and calculations to determine equipment size needed by customers.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment in order to safely move product weighing more than 70 pounds.
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record; ability to operate manual transmission if applicable.

Work EnvironmentFast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions. Requires frequent bending, climbing, movement, and lifting during physical loading/unloading of trucks and when stocking products. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday and some Saturdays (half day). This is a safety‑sensitive position.
