Description

The Moorings at Lewes is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our team!

The Moorings at Lewes is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Lewes Delaware. We are in search of an experienced LPN to serve as a Wellness Coordinator to join our team. At The Moorings, the Wellness Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and developing the overall operations of the Wellness Center in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and SSL policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Clinic.
  • Manage the Physician Schedule for Independent Living and Assisted Living Residents.
  • Ensure that annual evaluations of independent living residents are complete.
  • Manage clinic records and prepare records for Physician visits, ensuring after visit follow ups as ordered by the physician are completed.
  • Ensure that adequate supplies and equipment are maintained to meet the daily needs of the department.
  • Attend Resident Review Committee meetings.
  • Check and maintain oxygen tanks.
  • Manage new employee TB testing.
  • >

    Maintain employee medical records.
  • Coordinate laboratory services for Independent Living Residents.
  • Provide On-call coverage as necessary
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess a current state LPN license.
  • At least two years experience preferred.
