• Oversee the performance and accuracy of digital agents in handling customer inquiries
• Monitor interactions to identify issues and improve digital agent responses

• High School Diploma or GED;
  Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment
• At least 1 year of experience focused on data trend analysis
• Experience in quality monitoring and process improvement
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI and agentic systems

• Familiarity with data analytics and AI-driven automation
• Experience in handling sensitive or confidential information
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Prior exposure to knowledge management or content development
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
