Warehouse Operative - GreenSpirit Hydroponics, S9

Overview

Green Spirit Hydroponics is a growing supplier of hydroponic and agriculture products. We are looking for a reliable, hard‑working Warehouse Operative to support our day‑to‑day warehouse operations and help ensure our and on time.

• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Ensuring orders are accurate and completed on time
• Organising stock and maintaining tidy storage areas
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well organised
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Supporting other warehouse tasks as required

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
• 25+ With full driving licence preferred but not essential
• Fork‑lift truck experience preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in horticulture, hydroponics, or sustainability is an advantage
• Available to work one weekend in every four to help cover the shop

• National minimum wage to begin with, pay review after 6 months
• One extra annual leave day per year (starting at 20 + Bank Holidays)
