Bespoke Career Solutions Ltd are recruiting for a Despatch / Loading Operative to work permanent night shifts for a busy logistics and distribution business based in Aldridge. This is a physically demanding and fast‑paced role, offering long‑term work and excellent stability for the right candidate.

• Manually loading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Completing despatch manifests and all related documentation
• Updating computer stock records and despatch information
• Working as part of a small, reliable night team
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Previous experience in despatch, warehouse loading, or logistics
• Confident with manual handling and physical work
• Able to complete paperwork accurately and update computer systems
• Counterbalance FLT licence beneficial but not essential
• Reliable and able to work full‑time night shifts

• £14.00 per hour, paid weekly
• Full‑time night shift work, Monday to Friday (45 hours)
