An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a growing professional services organisation operating in a fast-paced SME environment.

This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for leading brand, digital, and content strategy, while managing a small in-house team and external partners. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the role plays a key part in driving enquiries, strengthening market positioning, and supporting overall business growth.

The Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior or managerial marketing role
Experience managing or supervising marketing team members
Confident managing agencies and external suppliers
Strong data and analytics capability (e.g. Google Analytics)
Commercial mindset with a strategic approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery
Willingness to test new approaches and embrace innovation
Permanent right to live and work in the UK

The Role:

Leading and delivering brand, marketing, and content strategy
Managing a small in-house marketing team and external partners
Coordinating integrated campaigns across digital, content, and events
Using data and insight to drive marketing decisions and performance
Supporting business development through targeted marketing activity
Maintaining awareness of marketing trends and best practice
Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align marketing with business goals
