We are seeking a detail-oriented IT & QA Analyst to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of our systems, including the Breis platform. This hybrid role combines IT systems analysis, technical support, and quality assurance testing. You will work closely with development teams, operations, and end users to identify issues, support system improvements, and ensure our solutions meet both business and technical requirements.

• Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing scripts (manual and/or automated).
  • Identify, log, and track system defects, collaborating with development teams to implement and verify fixes.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Ensure system releases meet quality standards before deployment.
• IT Systems & Support
  • Provide technical support to users, resolving system and application issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Analyse existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Assist in monitoring system health and identifying recurring issues or risks.
  • Support system configuration, updates, and enhancements where required.
• Documentation & Collaboration
  • Maintain accurate documentation including system requirements, test results, defect logs, and resolutions.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience in IT systems analysis, quality assurance/testing, or a hybrid IT/QA role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to explain technical concepts and issues clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting or business IT systems is an advantage.

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of business processes and system integrations.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
