In this role you will work 40 hours per week, fully supernumerary, and must hold a full NMC pin.

• Assist the Home Manager with day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain highest standards of care, meeting regulatory and company standards.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits.
• Serve as point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals in the absence of the Home Manager.

• Qualified nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for personalised, high‑quality care.
