Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated care professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimise care delivery.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or similar care setting.
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in social care.
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care.
