Finance Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing business on an interim basis.

We’re supporting a business that is looking for a finance professional to manage the day-to-day running of the finance function. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial operations run smoothly, reporting is accurate, and strong financial governance is maintained across the organisation.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll oversee core financial processes, support reporting across multiple funds and projects, and help ensure the business has the financial insights it needs to make informed decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a busy and dynamic finance team.

• Manage day-to-day finance operations in Xero, including reconciliations, journals, and management accounts
• Support year-end accounts and the external audit process; maintain accurate financial data across finance and operational systems
• Process payroll inputs, journals, and staff expenses
• Monitor bank balances, internal transfers, and maintain audit-ready records
• Provide financial guidance to colleagues and support wider finance projects

• Experience working in a similar finance role
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day finance processes including reconciliations, journals, and ledgers
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Comfortable working with finance systems and complex spreadsheets
• Well organised with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
• A collaborative approach and confidence working across a small team
