We're currently recruiting for a Service Engineer job in Laughton, East Sussex. This role is with a leading electronics company providing advanced systems for research, microscopy, and sample preparation across industries including academia and advanced manufacturing. We're looking for someone to install, test, and repair equipment, provide technical support, and assist with customer training, with occasional UK and international travel.
Key skills required:
* Experience in mechanical or electrical servicing, maintenance, or repair
* Ability to use tools and read basic engineering drawings
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Willingness to travel and work independently while supporting customers
* Full UK driving licence
