Overview
Vale Plus is a day service dedicated to supporting adults with additional learning needs in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. The charity operates from locations in Barry and Llantwit Major, and the teaching position will involve working at both sites.
Responsibilities- Lead engaging, hands-on educational sessions tailored for adults with additional learning needs across both sites (Barry and Llantwit Major).
- Minimum of Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) (formerly PTLLS).
- Experience in working with adults with additional learning needs.
- Strong communication skills.
- IT skills and a strong awareness of safeguarding practices would be advantageous.
Role requires a commitment of 3-5 days per week, ideally from 9 am – 4 pm.
