Overview
Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Building Surveyor. The ideal candidate will need to show good experience working on the planned maintenance side.
Qualifications- Planned Maintenance
- Identifying building defects & takes appropriate remedial action
- Ability to manage and complete high valued projects from start to finish
- Ability to prepare schedules and prioritise work loads
- Writing specifications, contract administration and CDM
You will be responsible for managing your own workload and holding a substantial influence within the Property Services team. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience and share your skills.
DurationThe position we have available will initially be for a 3 month period.
