Job Title:

Room Leader – Toddler Room (Maternity Cover)

Salary: £29,000 – 33,000 per annum DOE

Working hours:

42.5 hours per week over 4 ½ days

Location:

Epsom, Surrey - 5-minute walk from train station

• Create fun, engaging activities that spark the children’s interests and imagination
• Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents and the team
• Support children’s learning, development and well-being every day
• Manage and support a team of 4 staff
• 14 fun and friendly little people, to make you smile every day!

• Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent
• Previous Room Leader experience desired but not essential
• A passion for working with young children
• A fun, reliable and enthusiastic approach
• Someone who works well within a team
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Safeguarding practices
• Someone who can handle story time, serving lunch and the regular messy moments with a smile!
