• Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (including ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, and A/C units)
• Perform start-ups and troubleshoot newly installed systems
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Ensure a clean and professional installation experience for the customer
• Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate with office staff and customers as needed

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
