To maintain and operate all aspects of the Frozen Food Department.

• Verify all deliveries against invoices, note any shortages or overages, and report them to the appropriate personnel.
• Responsible for price changes within the department.
• Maintain an acceptable inventory level by using proper ordering techniques.
• Properly rotate products to control freshness and remove out‑of‑code items.
• Implement temporary price reductions for certain products.
• Communicate temperature failures of cases, shelves, and storage areas to the manager in charge.
• Control damaged merchandise by calling in any damages and properly storing them for sales representatives.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Greet all customers when they enter the store and remain observant while working.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the Employee Handbook.

• Transport products to storage areas and to the sales floor.
• Maintain shelves and cases to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise, order, and maintain inventory levels.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds thirty percent (30%) of the time.
