Registered Nurse; RN Assistant Director of Nursing; ADON

Buckingham Valley Rehab and Nursing is hiring Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director of Nursing to join our long-term care team in Newtown, PA.

• Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations

• Support preparation and participation in state and federal surveys

• Monitor QI/QM data and survey reports; provide recommendations for improvement

• Serve on the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee

• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Assist with discharge planning coordination

• Support staff development and regulatory compliance initiatives

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

• Previous Supervisor experience
