• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – Aveanna will assist after hire if needed.

• Six months hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
