Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Toolmaker, located in Pennsauken NJ. The Toolmaker will manufacture and maintain tools, molds, and dies to support production processes. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, operating and maintaining precision machinery, inspecting finished tools for accuracy, and collaborating with production teams to ensure tools meet required specifications and performance standards. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining precision machinery such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong understanding of materials, machining techniques, and toolmaking principles
  • Experience with tool maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Completion of a Tool and Die apprenticeship or equivalent technical training is preferred
  • Experience in the automotive or healthcare industry is an advantage
