Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Schoolage - $1,500 sign-on
Location: Levittown, NY
Position: Occupational Therapist (Schoolage)
Type: Fee for Service with Full‑Time potential
Hours: 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., 2 days/week
Sign‑on Bonus: $1,500 after 90 days of employment with active cases.
Compensation: $60 per hour (average; rates determined by service provided, experience, license/certifications).

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
- Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management.
- Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
- Create and maintain schedules with assigned families/school personnel.
- Collect and report data on each IFSP/IEP goal’s progress quarterly.
- Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
- Passionate about working with children and families.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various professionals.
- Self‑starter and independent problem solver.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- High integrity, empathy, and consideration.

- Bilingual (Spanish, French, or other) is a plus.
